Can I add more products to my existing order?

You can go back and add items to your shopping bag at any time while you’re shopping – until you complete your order by clicking the Place Order button. Once you’ve done this, we immediately jump into action to get your order ready, so if you’ve forgotten anything you’ll need to make a new order.

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?

You can’t change your delivery address for an order you’ve already made. If you wish to change your delivery address you can get in touch with us on help@zachistore.com

Can I cancel my order?

It’s fine if you change your mind and decide you don’t want what you’ve ordered. You can mark us a email on help@zachistore.com or whatsapp on +917676262453 to let us know.
There are two sets of guidelines we follow:
If the order has not been shipped – We will cancel the order immediately.
If the order has been shipped – We might not always be able to cancel immediately.

Do you re-stock items that are sold out?

We have over 50 new items available online each week, so we don’t often re-stock items once they’re sold out. With so many new, exciting items coming into stock all the time, we’re sure you’ll find a new favorite. Just make sure to grab it when you see it, so you don’t miss out!


How do I use a promotional code?

It’s super easy to use a promotional code. When you are ready to checkout, click on your shopping bag and enter your promo code into the box marked ‘Enter Coupon Code’. You can find this box just underneath the list of items in your bag.
Once you have entered the code, click ‘apply’ and continue to checkout.
Please Remember: Most of our codes are unique and will only work once. Make sure you only apply the code to your shopping bag when you are ready to checkout otherwise it might expire before you get a chance to use it. Only one code can be used per order.

Why is my promotion code not working?

Spaces: While using a promo code please make sure there is no space at the end or beginning of the promo code on the Enter Coupon Code box.
Do not use promo code on a sale items: Promo codes are only valid on full-priced items.
Single Use Coupon Codes: Some offers, such as ‘10% off’ can only be used once. It may be that this promo code has already been used.


Which currencies and payment methods can I use?

You can pay using Indian Rupee (INR). We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Cash on delivery.

My debit/credit transaction is showing but I haven't received my order confirmation.

Don’t worry, your order confirmation email is on its way.
If you’ve paid by credit or debit card
When you checkout online with us, your payment isn’t deducted from your account immediately – although it might show on your account as a transaction.What really happens is that the payment will be ‘on hold’ until we’ve dispatched your order.
If for some reason we can’t send your order, you don’t get charged. Your bank simply releases the ‘on hold’ money back into your account. Depending on your bank, this might take 3-5 working days.
We only ever take the money from your account when your parcel is on its way to you.

How do I know my payment is secure?

We use the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code schemes to help stop unauthorized purchases with your debit or credit card.
When you reach our secure checkout you can choose to register for Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code. Just sign up using the on-screen prompts, create a password then continue shopping. You only have to sign up once – then you can use your password when you shop with us or with other participating online stores.
For security, this password will be linked to your debit or credit card, and not your Zachistore account or your computer.
Alternatively, you can contact your bank directly for more information. Please note, if you decide not to register, we may need to ask you for an alternative payment method to complete your purchase.

Delivery and Returns


Where do you deliver? What's the cost? How long does it take?

We currently deliver all across India.
We offer Free Delivery on all orders. We’ll always let you know applicable charges and options at checkout.
It usually takes 3-7 days for delivery, but we are always trying to get the order to you faster!

Can I track my order?

You can track your order on the link emailed / Texted to you with shipping information.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes. Just make sure there’s someone there who can accept the delivery for you- the couriers deliver to the address and not to the person.

My delivery hasn't arrived yet.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll see what’s going on.

What is your Returns Policy?

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund any unsuitable items in perfect condition within 7 days of purchase.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.

How can I return my items?

If you change your mind and want to return something to us, please send it to the below address

All returns are at your own cost.

How long will my refund take?

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days from when we receive your return. Once we’ve done this, we’ll authorize your payment provider to release the money back into your account.

Returning faulty items

We work hard to make sure all our goods are high quality, so we’re really sorry that there’s a fault in something you’ve bought from us.
Please let us know what’s wrong with your item and including it with your return. Post your items back to our returns address and we’ll make it our priority to sort this out for you.

What are the refund exceptions for purchases?

Unfortunately, unless the product is faulty, we are unable to accept returns, or provide a refund, for personalized goods.

Exchanges can be only made via a return to the Warehouse.

Sale items purchased online can be fully refunded by post by notifying us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Once you have notified us you will have 14 days to return the product to us.
