Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds:
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product or size
To initiate a return, please email us at support@zachi.in with your order ID and issue details. We will arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items:
Items bought under discounts, clearance sales, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges for size issues, subject to product availability. Please raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
